Sleep: for Middle School kids, 9 to 11 hours is best!

Many of our students attended a grade level assembly about sleep this week.  In it they discussed how much sleep kids should be getting, the impact of not enough sleep and simple things they can do to improve their sleep.  Check in with your kids to see what they learned!  From a school perspective, it is amazing to see the impact sleep, or a lack of sleep, has on student success in school.
